Peer Support Services

The system makes you feel like you’re drowning when you’re just face down in a puddle. All you have to do is stand up.

Welcome!

I’m Michelle Howard, a certified Peer Support Specialist, a parent, and someone who has lived through recovery, pregnancy, parenting, domestic violence, and navigating systems like DCFS.

I know firsthand how overwhelming life can feel when everything hits at once. My goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and grounded.

What I Offer

I provide short, focused peer support sessions designed to help you:

  • Explore current challenges and emotions
  • Identify practical strategies for daily life
  • Access resources that actually help
